The Georgetown Soccer Association (GSA) was established in 1981 to provide organized, recreational level soccer for Georgetown and the surrounding communities. Currently, GSA hosts Fall and Spring Recreational Seasons for players aged 4 through 18. GSA teams regularly compete and place in the CAYSA Fall and Spring Championships.
GSA also provides a competitive soccer choice through its Academy and Select component, Force FC. Force FC was established in 1997 and provides the environment for a higher level of commitment to soccer. Force teams compete and regularly place in the USYS/STYSA/WDDOA/CAYSA competitive leagues including Frontier Conference, State Classic League, Prime, Challenger, Alpha, Division 2 and Super League of Austin.
Today, GSA serves over 450 recreational and over 350 academy and select soccer players in the Georgetown area. We are a partner with the community, offering need-based scholarships to eligible recreational and competitive players.
The GSA board of directors is wholly volunteer-run. We are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization.
