Rooms are blocked for GSA on Friday and Saturday night.  Rate is available on Sunday night if your team makes it to the finals.  Rooms are available with 2xDoubles or 1xKing, plus all have a sleeper sofa.

Once you login to Affinity, you should come to a page where the middle has a team section with your team listed.  Click on "edit" next to your team which will bring up your roster and have tournament and travel options at the bottom of the screen.
